The World Health Organization (WHO) has just published submissions from Member States, individuals, civil society groups, government institutions, academic and research institutions, the private sector and other interested parties pertaining to the “evaluation framework, evaluation criteria and the inventory of financing proposals being considered by the EWG from those with particular knowledge, experience or expertise. The public hearing was open between 17 August and 5 September.” The decision to hold the second round of web-based public hearings was reached at the second meeting of the Expert Working Group in June 2009. The final meeting of the Expert Working Group (EWG) will be held on November 30, 2009.
