On May 15, 2024, Health Policy Watch published the latest draft (as of May 10, 2024) of the WHO Pandemic Accord by the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB). In order to provide a better understanding of what is and is not in the draft text, KEI has drafted an overview of the May 10th draft with comments on Articles 4 through 13bis, and Articles 19, 20, 27, 29, 30 and 31.
KEI is updating our comments as we continue to review the draft accord, and the date and time at the top of the document note the latest revision.
