Knowledge Ecology International will host a discussion regarding a proposal for a World Trade Agreement on the supply of public goods. The purpose of the proposal is to expand the supply of public goods by creating a mechanism within the WTO in which countries can volunteer to make binding commitments to supply heterogeneous public goods (in a manner somewhat similar to making commitments on liberalizing services in the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS)).
James Love (KEI) and Luis Villarroel Villalon (Innovarte) will present the proposal and moderate a discussion with participants.
